  • The first process of the Ayurveda is the observation that practitioner do for evaluating the general health issue of patient. The observation concentrate on physicality of the patient including but not limited to color of eye, nose shape, nails, lips observation, and movements.   • The second step is “touch” to check pulse, perform auscultation, palpation (process of pressing body areas), tapping, checking nails and various physical touch testing. Second stage of the process also involve laboratory testing of patient to find further illness, if have any.
